Cold Bean Salad

From Bebe’s collection. She always used Blue Lake beans.

1 16-oz cans green beans

1 cup thinly sliced red onions

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/4 cup salad oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Fresh lettuce leaves


1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp. horseradish





Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight

Drain and serve on lettuce

Dressing – mix ingredients and spoon on top to taste

Mélangez tout les ingrédients et marinez durant la nuit

Égouttez et servez la salade sur des feuilles de laitue

Dressing – nappez avec les ingrédients mélangés
